Booking and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled through Calendly. By booking, you agree to provide accurate contact and business information and to attend the scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Late arrivals or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session time.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services are listed on the website or provided in a written proposal. Payment is due before services are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a service agreement.
Client Responsibilities

Clients should not enter confidential client information, protected health information, financial information, passwords, or other sensitive data into public AI tools unless an appropriate, secure, and legally compliant system has been established.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, and resources, is the property of Linda Boyce AI unless otherwise noted. Client-provided materials remain the client’s property. Custom materials developed specifically for a client are generally provided to the client for internal business use, but Linda Boyce AI reserves the right to reuse general frameworks, templates, and methodologies across clients.
